Weight loss in Oklahoma
Tyler lost half a pound this week.. and Catherine maintained!... woohoo!. new diet-eat all we want, sweat it off in the Oklahoma heat..we hit 109 today!!! and just so you all know... we are all still alive here... we just don't get any reception in our little rental and don't have Internet until Wednesday.. we are also getting a land line!....finally a life line to the outside world!
