OWL's
(OWL= Oklahoma weight loss) or for those Harry Potter fans, it is the big test!(Either way it fits here).. Tyler maintained and I lost 1 pound! Woohoo.. its about time of I got off that plateau.. actually we all got sick this weekend and couldn't eat or drink and we had all the yuckies that come with sickness (that I am not about to mention here).. So that pound will probably be back next week after I can finally drink something. How did ya'll do?

That is so funny. Nothing like illness to help shave off some pounds. It reminds me of that one movie "The Devil Wears Prada" where she says "I am just one stomach flu from my ideal weight!"
